Ian Kells Music Therapist

Ian Kells, M.M., MT-BC
Director of Therapy
Board Certified Music Therapist

Ian Kells is a board certified music therapist with a Master’s degree in Music Therapy from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Elmhurst College. Ian loves to work with people and has a passion for supporting individuals and the community in realizing their potentials.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys playing, arranging, and writing music with friends, spending time outdoors with his family, and reading science fiction. Ian also teaches standard and adaptive music lessons for guitar, piano, ukulele, mandolin, trumpet, and music composition and theory.

Karina Gluys Music Therapist

Karina Gluys, MT-BC
Board Certified Music Therapist

Karina is a board certified music therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Western Michigan University. Karina is passionate about providing services to individuals of all identities and abilities. She works to provide services that recognize the intersections of an individual’s identities and provide them tools for future independence and self advocacy.

In addition to providing music therapy services, Karina teaches standard and adaptive music lessons for beginning piano and guitar, ukulele, and percussion.

In her free time, Karina enjoys songwriting and creating music with friends, baking new recipes, spending time outdoors, and engaging in mental health advocacy work.

Breanne Book Music Therapist

Breanne Book, MT-BC
Board Certified Music Therapist

Breanne is a board certified music therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy accompanied by a minor in Psychology from Western Michigan University - Lee Honors College. Voice is Breanne’s primary instrument with a secondary focus in piano and guitar. Breanne has a passion for helping people cope with traumatic experiences as well as supporting individuals and families as they go through end-of-life care.

In addition to music therapy, Breanne has also performed in multiple choirs and musicals. Her WMU choir brought home 3 gold medals while touring the Baltic States for the 2017 Kaunas Cantat. In addition to performing, Breanne previously taught singing and acting classes for young children.
